The next sentence: Para beber, una cerveza, por favor.
You don’t say this sentence in the restaurant: you are hanging from a paraglider (para) and below you see the city of Berlin, where there is a moral earthquake (beber – from the German “Beben in Berlin”, “quake in Berlin”) because everybody is walking around naked from the waist down (una – from the German “unten nackt”, “naked below”).
Down below a man wraps a beer in a napkin and stuffs it into his waistcoat; since the bottle is open, it makes a terrible mess (cerveza – from the German “Serviette”, “Weste” and “Sauerei”: “napkin”, “waistcoat” and “mess”). Then he escapes with the beer through a gate (por favor).
