The next sentence: ¿Tiene un mapa de la ciudad, por favor? For ciudad you use the familiar image of the woman who goes to judo class and eats dates.
The receptionist gives you a city map. At the top a tiger and a duck (“Ente”) standing in the fog (“Nebel”) have been drawn (tiene). The duck is cross because it misses its mum and dad – “Mama” and “Papa” (un mapa). Angrily it kicks the paper, leaving a dent – “Delle” (de). The tiger laughs – “lacht” (la) – and then sees the woman going to judo class and getting dates (ciudad). Finally the gate (por favor).
