The next sentence: El aire acondicionado no funciona.
At reception you explain that you switched on the electric power (el), but nothing happened. You even throw an egg (“Ei”) up, and a deer (“Reh”) looks out (aire). Up in the room you open the air conditioning unit: inside is an apple with jam (“Konfitüre”), very thick – “dick” (acondi). You pull on it (“ziehen”), and everything bends into an O (cion). You put the whole thing into a tin at the back (acondicionado; “Dose” sounds like -do).
On the tin you stick a banknote (no) and bang it down on the table a little too hard. There are sparks – “Funken” – you get to safety (“Sicherheit”) and escape without scars – “ohne Narben” (funciona).
