Koliko je sati? means “What time is it?”
Somebody points at their wrist and looks at their watch, which cost an absolute fortune, is worn on the left and looks slightly odd: coal (Kohle, German slang for money), left and odd give you koliko. He says he could sell it any time, then he would have enough to eat to be full, with something left over for his tiger at home – full (satt in German) and tiger give you sati.
The sati for “o’clock” will stay with you for the next few videos. In them the well-fed tiger wears a watch of its own, showing when it gets fed again.
