Dva kilograma means two kilograms. Note the ending: after dva it is kilograma, not kilogram.
In the image you buy a fat walnut weighing exactly two kilos – and afterwards it sits heavily in your stomach. The fat nut carries the two, the weight in your stomach carries the ending.
