Wǒ jiào … means “My name is …” – with Ben’s name as the example in the video.
You want to get to know somebody in an unfamiliar place and go about it very gently: that gives you wǒ. Since nobody notices you, you start dancing the cha-cha-cha and tread on somebody’s foot. He lets out a sharp “Ow!” – cha and the sharp “ow” (au in German) give you jiào, falling.
After that you simply add your own name – the sentence itself stays the same.
