The fourth chapter takes you through the airport. You ask for baggage reclaim, report a missing suitcase and look for the lost property desk, the shuttle buses, the taxis and the luggage trolleys.
Then come the situations at the desk: asking for the airline, reporting a lost ticket, requesting assistance, asking for a window seat and handing over your passport and vaccination certificate.
The final part happens shortly before and during the flight: asking for your gate, finding the duty free shop, asking for German magazines and politely getting past the passenger next to you. Two review videos round off the chapter.
